The whole process

Seven steps, one record of every customer

Each step hands the next one what it needs — in the database, whichever way the work was done.

  1. 01

    Outbound & lead lists

Add people by hand, import a CSV list, or let the agent add them. Every lead walks new → contacted → engaged → qualified.

  2. 02

    Demo requests

An embeddable form on your website turns each request into a lead, a demo request and a follow-up for whoever answers it.

  3. 03

    Online meetings

Discovery calls and demos with their link, agenda and outcome — on the company’s timeline, never in someone’s inbox.

  4. 04

    Follow-ups

Every next step has an owner and a date. Today shows what is due; nothing slips because nobody wrote it down.

  5. 05

    The pipeline

A board by stage with a weighted forecast. Won and lost are final, and lost always says why.

  6. 06

    Customers

Winning a deal makes the company a customer: plan, MRR, renewal date, health and the person who looks after them.

  7. 07

    Onboarding

The checklist opens with the customer. Ticking the last step puts them live — the moment sales hands over is recorded.

  8. →

All of it, on one timeline

Notes, calls, emails, meetings and stage changes land on the company’s timeline as they happen.

Milyonus Agent

Ask the CRM. Confirm what it prepares.

Ask about any account, plan the week, or hand it the busywork. The agent reads with your own permissions and prepares every change as a card — nothing happens until you confirm it.

Which deals need a push this week?

Three open deals have been in their stage for more than ten days and have no follow-up planned. I prepared a follow-up for each — confirm the ones you want.

Reads as you

It sees exactly what you may see, in the workspace you are in. No shortcuts around a role.

Proposes, never assumes

Leads, deals, meetings, follow-ups, emails and notes arrive as proposals with every field shown.

Writes like you would

Short, specific emails in the language your contact reads, from your own templates when one fits.

Automations

The agent, on its own

Give Milyonus Agent standing instructions. It runs them on a schedule or the moment something happens, writes each run to a conversation of its own, and reports on your Today page.

On a schedule

Hourly, daily, on weekdays or weekly — at your local time, in your time zone.

When a demo request comes in

Read it, draft the reply with two times, add the follow-up.

When a lead is added

Research the company, score it, plan the first touch.

When a deal changes stage

For every stage, or only the ones you pick.

When a meeting is held

Log what was agreed, move the deal on, draft the recap.

When a customer opens

Welcome mail, kickoff meeting, a check-in for the CSM.

Default

Only propose

Every change it prepares waits in its conversation for you. The default.

You choose what

Act on its own

The kinds of change you tick go through without asking — follow-ups, notes, lead updates, emails. Everything else still waits.

Whatever you allow, an automation never closes a deal as won or lost, never disqualifies a lead and never changes a customer’s status. That rule lives in the database, not in a setting.

For a whole team

Workspaces, seats and roles that hold

Workspaces

Türkiye Sales, EMEA, Customer Success — each its own pipeline. Workspaces never mix, down to every link between records.

Seats and roles

Admin, full and viewer seats; owner, manager, rep and viewer in each workspace. The menu never offers what the next click would refuse.

Audit log

Who changed what, and when — append-only. A trail the application cannot rewrite.

Email that respects people

Templates with their fields filled at send time, an outbox, and people who unsubscribed are never mailed — by any path.

Security

Your customers’ data, kept apart

The rules that protect your records are enforced by the database itself, so they hold for every screen, every import and the agent alike.

Isolation per company

Every table is fenced off by row-level security, forced even for its owner. A query without your organization returns nothing.

Workspaces never mix

A record cannot point at another workspace’s record — the database refuses the link.

Nothing changes unconfirmed

The agent’s proposals run once, only for the person who asked, and expire in a day.

Append-only history

Stage history, the timeline and the audit log cannot be edited or deleted.

Hosted in Frankfurt

The application and its database run in the EU (Frankfurt), close to Türkiye.

Work accounts only

Organizations open with a confirmed work address — never a personal or throwaway mailbox.

FAQ

Good to know

Anything else? Write to us and a person answers.

Who can sign up?

Anyone with a work email. You confirm the address, and your organization opens on a 14-day trial with the whole product. Personal mailboxes such as Gmail or Outlook cannot open an organization; colleagues join by invitation.

What does the agent change on its own?

In a conversation, nothing: every change is a proposal you confirm. An automation may make only the kinds of change you ticked for it — and never closes a deal, disqualifies a lead or changes a customer’s status.

How do demo requests reach the CRM?

Each workspace has a booking form you can link to or embed on your website. A request becomes a lead, a demo request and a follow-up for the person who answers it — in one step.

Can several teams work separately?

Yes. Each workspace is its own pipeline with its own members and roles, and the database keeps workspaces apart.

Can I bring my existing leads?

Import a CSV lead list. Imported people land as leads with their companies, ready for the pipeline.

Where is my data?

In the EU, in Frankfurt. Each organization’s records are isolated by row-level security enforced in the database.
